Grimas Shimmer Flakes are high-gloss, plastic-free glitters with a flat structure. They are used for special effects in beauty and for various make-up purposes.
Shimmer Flakes are made from synthetic mica and are therefore completely plastic-free. Thanks to the flat structure the Shimmer Flakes feel soft on the skin. Moreover, Shimmer Flakes are safe for use near the eyes.

In the dermatological declaration one can read the following: The products have been dermatologically tested for 24, 48 and 72 hours on 30 persons with healthy skin. No irritation occurred.

Procedure Apply a thin layer of Grimas Fix Gel, Body Glue or Primer Pro to the skin. Spread the Shimmer Flakes over the applied base layer using a brush, a make-up sponge or with your fingers. Press the Shimmer Flakes lightly to make them adhere well to the base layer.
The more Shimmer Flakes are applied to the same place, the more the Shimmer Flakes will cluster. By clustering you can achieve a fine scaling effect (colour number 701), a subtle gold leaf effect (colour number 702) or a mirror effect (colour number 710).
Apply the Shimmer Flakes to a colour Grimas Lipstick, or mix the Shimmer Flakes with Grimas Gloss 00 for a brilliant lip gloss.
Removal Shimmer Flakes can be removed with lukewarm water and soap (you can also use shampoo). Use Grimas Multi Remover Pure if Body Glue or Primer Pro has been used as a base layer. Massage it in briefly and rinse off with lukewarm water. Do not use ready-to-use cleansing cloths.
