Work from dark to light and use the darkest colour on the inside of the wings.

Create the inner part of the wings with Water Make-up Pure 601 and brush IMP8. Doing this, work from the inside to the outside.

Then make the middle part of the wings with Water Make-up Pure 508 and brush IMP8. Make sure that both colours blend into each other nicely.

Apply the white on the outsides of the wings with Water Make-up Pure 001 and brush IMP8. For this, it is important to only work from the outside to the inside.

Shape the wings by drawing contours on the outside of the wings with Water Make-up Pure 101 and brush IMR2.
