CAMOUFLAGE

In this example we are working with Camouflage Make-up. Apply the make-up on clean skin, after the usual daily care (day cream or Grimas Under Make-up Base).

Camouflaging age capillaries and red cheeks
First you camouflage the red veins or red cheeks with a neutralising colour (for instance green 408 or beige). IV5 has a yellowish undertone and neutralises blue-grey shadows (rings, signs of tiredness), while soft green 408 neutralises red (red patches, pimples, red blood vessels).

UNDER MAKE-UP BASE = Under Make-up Base
Take the Camouflage Make-up out with a clean spatula. Rubbing it with your fingertip will make it softer and easier to handle. If desired, you can make the texture softer and affect the colour by blending the Camouflage make-up with Crème Make-up or Foundation, for instance.

Apply the make-up using a slightly moist sponge. You can also put dots of camouflage on the skin using a brush and then rub this out using a latex sponge.

Work the camouflage make-up around well. A thin layer of Camouflage Make-up Pure will do.

If necessary, you then apply a thin base to the entire face in the subject's own skin colour. To determine the proper colour, you can mix it on a plastic spatula and test it on the skin (for example at the throat), if necessary.

Fix the make-up with plenty of Fixing Powder.
Fixing Powder is transparent and does not influence the colour. Fixing Powder can be applied with a Grimas Velour Powder Puff, a Powder Puff or a Powder Rouge Brush. Gently tap the puff or brush on the back of the hand and then apply plentifully on top of the make-up.
Allow to settle in for a waterproof result and remove the excess powder with a Powder-Rouge Brush.
